The Cardio Workout Plan

Perform 45 seconds of each exercise, followed by 15 seconds of rest before moving to the next one.

  12. Walk Out Push Up – 45 seconds
    Rest – 15 seconds

  13. Side to Side High Knees – 45 seconds
    Rest – 15 seconds

  14. Side to Side Walking Push Up – 45 seconds
    Rest – 15 seconds

  15. Jumping Jacks with Knee to Elbow – 45 seconds
