Holiday Home Workout Part 1: Ball Mastery Drills

Each exercise focuses on different foot movements to enhance touch, coordination, and confidence.

The Workout Plan

1. Sole Roll (100 touches)

  • Instructions: Roll the ball side to side using the sole of your foot. Alternate feet after 50 touches.
  • Reps: 100 touches total

2. Squares (200 touches)

  • Reps: 200 touches total

3. Alternate V Cuts (100 touches)

  • Reps: 100 touches total (50 per foot)

4. Double Sole L Drag (100 touches)

  • Reps: 100 touches total (50 per foot)

5. Triangles (180 touches)

  • Reps: 180 touches total (90 per side)

6. Laces Sole Push Pull (100 touches)

  • Reps: 100 touches total (50 per foot)

7. Single Leg Juggles (100 touches)

  • Reps: 100 touches total (50 per leg)

8. Alternating Juggles (100 touches)

  • Reps: 100 touches total

9. Freestyle Ball Mastery (30 seconds)

  • Reps: Count as many touches as possible in 30 seconds
